About this tour
This private, guided expedition is in English or Montenegrin language, perfect for those who crave authentic, off-the-beaten-path experiences.
Cruise through tranquil, remote waterways, far from the ordinary, and let the spirit of discovery guide you. Your four-hour odyssey is designed for slow, immersive exploration – birdwatchers and nature lovers will be in paradise.
The highlight? Trekking to the mystical waterfalls of Poseljani, where you'll walk ancient paths, discover the ruins of a once-vibrant village, and plunge into natural pools beneath cascading falls.
Good to know: part of the tour is on foot. Depending on the water level you trek or walk about 800 to 1500 metres (one way) from the boat to the waterfalls – the higher the water in the first half of the year, the shorter the walk. Easy paths, but please wear sturdy shoes.
Swim-stop? YES – we have 2! Jump into the water at the waterfalls and into the middle of Skadar Lake as well.
This is Montenegro's top-rated Skadar Lake boat tour from Virpazar. Are you ready to become part of Montenegro's legend?
